Finals Game 1: GBA Lions - USK Praha 87-64

It looked good early as USK Praha took a 1-point small lead at the end of first quarter. But then Hradec had a 19-11 second period charge getting the lead and USK Praha was not able to take back game control losing it eventually 64-87. StrangelyUSK Praha outrebounded GBA Lions 52-40 including 19 on the offensive glass. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 21 assists. USK Praha was plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch. Swingman Marek Zvolanek (201-2006) stepped up and scored 17 points and 9 rebounds for the winners and Lithuanian Kristijonas Strackaitis (-2007) chipped in 22 points. Hradec's coach Ben Wisniewski felt very confident that he used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the losing side forward Samuel Macht (203-2006) responded with a double-double by scoring 11 points and 17 rebounds and guard Lukas Dejmek (182-2006) scored 20 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. Five GBA Lions and four USK Praha players scored in double figures.
